Breathe easy - not so easy for some of us

Asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and allergic rhinitis are highly prevalent chronic diseases which affect millions of people globally.

The development of novel, innovative therapies with optimized efficacy and tolerability represents one of the major challenges for physicians and scientics today and in the future. High-level clinical research is a major prerequisite to achieve this ambitious goal.

insaf Respiratory Research was founded in 2004 by former university physicians Jutta Beier, MD, and Kai Michael Beeh, MD. Ever since, the insaf team has been investigating disease mechanisms and evaluating novel therapeutic concepts in chronic respiratory diseases.

What makes insaf unique within the scientific and medical community is that we encompass sophisticated methodologies, the highest quality level of clinical research and personal expertise in treatment of airway diseases, while ultimatively focussing on those that count most - the patients !
